The following lists private and group training packages available. Would you like to come into the gym but are nervous because you do not know anyone? Or perhaps you need a workout buddy to help motivate you on the days you just do not want to come in! A personal trainer can help you and your friends get started on health and performance goals. This would mean you would plan to come in twice a week. If you are considering purchasing a 20-pack of sessions please note, we encourage you to complete these by the end of one term. Have you been thinking about working out, but don't know where to start? Do you already have a program, but maybe need a little change? Meet with a certified Personal Trainer to have them motivate you through your program.
